The Tenth Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize

Winner of the tenth annual Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize announced

The winner of the latest Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize, announced by judge Anthony Thwaite on March 12th 2015, is Jaimee Hills's How to Avoid Speaking. Ms Hills, of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, will receive a purse of $3,000, and her collection will be published by Waywiser in November of this year, when she and Mr Thwaite will give a joint reading at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington D.C.
