AWP 2016
Waywiser at the Los Angeles AWP conference, 2016  

Winner of the eleventh annual Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize announced

The winner of the latest Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize, announced by judge Eavan Boland on March 9th, 2016 is Austin Allen's Pleasures of the Game. Mr Allen, of Baltimore, Maryland, will receive a purse of $3,000, and his collection will be published by Waywiser in October of this year, when he and Ms Boland will give a joint reading at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington D.C.
